She informed me that her close acquaintance, Rhamses, was planning to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Nashalie, and she wanted me to take the reins on this special event. I was thrilled to connect with Rhamses, who shared his vision for a romantic and intimate proposal near one of San Juan’s most picturesque landmarks.

For this proposal, they prepared a red carpet entrance leading to a beautifully arranged picnic setup, adding an elegant touch to an already heartfelt moment.

     On the day of the proposal, everything unfolded perfectly. Nashalie arrived at the location blindfolded, adding an element of suspense and excitement to the occasion.      The couple exchanged vows at La Rogativa, an iconic outdoor location overlooking the ocean in Old San Juan. This historic statue area is as stunning as it is challenging for photographers. The backlit conditions require careful planning and the right tools. Thankfully, my trusty circular polarizer reduced the glare and enhanced the richness of every image. Capturing the magic of their ceremony in such a picturesque location reinforced why destination weddings in Puerto Rico are so extraordinary.
